When possible, Hanratty Law Group believes that negotiated resolutions are better for clients than court ordered resolutions. We believe clients feel more involved and more in control of their own destiny when they are able to make their own decisions. Not only is settlement less expensive than litigation, but it provides greater opportunity for mutually beneficial solutions. Consequently, Hanratty Law Group believes in using a team approach to find creative solutions customized to each clients’ individualized needs.

Who We Are:
Kari J. Hanratty, Esq. - While attending law school, Kari was a summer intern for the Honorable Cynthia Dianne Steel. Kari's position within the Court system allowed her extensive contact with attorneys throughout the Las Vegas area. Upon graduating from Whittier Law School, Kari accepted a position with the Honorable Gloria S. Sanchez.
As a result of her employment, Kari was offered various associate positions. Kari chose a small but prestigious family law firm where she was employed as an associate attorney until she opened Hanratty Law Group. Kari has earned a reputation for fair, honest and aggressive representation. Furthermore, she has gained respect from judges, colleagues and clients. In fact, Kari's client base is largely referral oriented.
Kevin Hanratty – Kevin earned a degree in Chemistry with a minor in Biochemistry from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1997. He graduated with honors and went on to attend Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California where he obtained hi Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree (Cum Laude). He graduated in the top 12 percent of his class and received the Whittier Law School’s Intellectual Property Certificate for some of his coursework.
Kevin has been practicing law in Las Vegas, Nevada since 2001 and has gained invaluable experience. Since he joined the Hanratty Law Group, he has been a wonderful asset to the firm. His commitment to success has earned him a reputation for excellence.
Holly E. Roys. Esq. – Upon graduating from the University of Mexico School of Law in 2005, Holly moved to Las Vegas. She worked with a small law firm as a law clerk until she passed the bar in 2006. After passing the bar, she became an associate of the firm. Holly gained invaluable hands-on experience while working with the small firm. She is a great asset to the Hanratty Law Group and is known for her compassionate and honest approach to every case.
